I am very reliable ,helpful and empathetic person. I understand that a service user needs a compassionate and respectful person to provide outstanding care and support to him/her at all times. I used to work as a building manager(for over 10 years) in London but I had a year experience taking care of a retired doctor after that period so I know and have what it takes to enhance the lifestyle of someone who requires assisted living. I have excellent problem-solving capability and I can manage a significantly workload on a busy day. I understand that plethora of soft skills is very important to perform satisfactorily in this role, most importantly, communication, companionship and emotional intelligence. The relationship with a service user must be productive and harmonious.
