My strengths include excellent communication skills such as written and verbal which can be shown through my experience in retail and most recent care job. I believe that I am able to show empathy towards patients and their families by helping them to cope with their problems and understand their feelings. I believe it is important to demonstrate compassion and put myself in their shoes. in addition to the above, I am able to demonstrate a good level of patience with clients, by calmly handling situations without becoming frustrated. I am able to uphold privacy and dignity whilst washing dressing and feeding patients which i believe is important for the above role.
