Hello, My name is Maria. I have worked in care for 8 years now. I have experience in the domiciliary care, I have worked for Warrington Borough Council in the Reablement Team. At the moment I am working for a supported holiday company, where we take adults with learning disabilities away on holidays. Therefore I am used to being away loads. Other than my experience, I like working in a person centred way, where I can include the person in decisions, since I am only there to help with their daily life. I have a genuine interest in people and I am open minded, also laid back an generally positive and cheerful. But when the situation requires, I am serious.
