I have over 25 years of experience within the corporate sector specializing in building business relationships and team management. I am at a point in my life now, where I have achieved all my goals and now looking for a career within care of the elderly and people with disabilities. I have done care work in the past caring for the elderly that have dementia and it involved making food for them, providing assistance with house care and hygiene as well as making appointments and helping them manage their finances. l have grown a solid passion to assist and help those in need. I am a hard working individual who is very meticulous in what they do. Currently I am assisting a patient who has deteriorating dementia, and every day is not ordinary. I take what l do seriously and because someone is sick or is is suffering from an ailment it does not take away from their dignity or who they are as individuals. I am very flexibility and available to work shifts that include weekends, late afternoons and/or evenings I have experience working with a range of cognitive and physical abilities(dementia and cancer patients).
