I have passion for caring for people especially for the people who really need care. I have gained alot of experience when i did care work voluntarily in my country. I used my vacation to visit people who really need this service. I cared for them . Bathing them in the morning and night. Sweeping their rooms , cooking for them and giving them medication are some of the work I did for them. In the same vein, I sang for them to make them happy. I communicate with them effectively and listen to them as well.The wealth of experience I gained from them made me a successful customer service officer when I worked in bank. For I don't get angry with customers , I listen to their complaint and work on them. I listen to them and communicate to them. Handling both difficult and non difficult customers with care by ensuring that we become friends and transact with the bank , their confidence and trust restore to the bank. For the passion I have for caring for people has made me to undergo care training here in UK and was awarded a certificate of completion .in the same vein, I have DBS as health care assistant ...
