I'm ex-military with 5 years experience. 3 years of that being spent abroad in Cyprus. I'm Well disciplined with a high standard of caring and hygiene for myself and others since I was a LCPL & PTI (Personal training instructor). As a leader I've always prioritised the teams administration and well being before my own. Everyday being a PTI I had to personally perform and carry out risk assessments to ensure the session were safe and suitable for all members in all conditions. The army also taught me to be very flexible and available at any time no matter the task. Our day to day jobs were 24/7 just in case any tasks popped up or emergencies took place. I also worked for network rail for 3 years, which again was a role where we had alot of high risks. Therefore was always looking out for my other team members ensuring our safety and return home every night. In both these roles you need high standards in communication. As it's a vital part to get the jobs done aswell as explain what needs to be carried out by individuals and ensuring you've all understood how's it's going to be completed.
