My name is Princia and I have been working in care since September 2020.I have begun my career in care by working as home care assistant ,assisting adults in their homes with personal care , taking their medication as well as fluids and diet and other daily chores such as cleaning and doing their laundry.This position taught about time efficiency ,building trusted relationship with clients and what is required an excellent carer in fulfilling their duties .I thereafter went unto working as an agency worker to accumulate more knowledge and diverse experiences .I have worked in care homes and hospitals , I have cared for residents and patients with various illnesses and conditions such : dementia , brain injury , terminal illnesses , mental health illnesses etc...Overtime I have learned to work with clients under various settings and liaise with their family members(where required) , colleagues , medical professional and others in their care. ...
