I am located in London hopping to shift to Swansea in few Weeks. I would like a Senior care job within the Swansea area. I am able to work as part of a team and as sole person as a livein care worker . I've been a live-in caregiver for 8+yrs, I am bubbly and caring, patient person that likes to to look on on the optimistic side of Life. I like to think I have a good sense of humour although I'd never do stand up but I love to put a smile on people's faces. I've worked with a wide range of clients with various levels of needs but my level of care never varies, as I am passionate about delivering a high level of care assistance. I am happy to care for couples as well as individuals and love animals although I would prefer not to be in charge of their care needs. I love art & crafts, sewing, drawing, gardening, taking walks and cooking all different types food from traditional English roasts, to experimenting with a top chefs recipe, I've not had much experience with baking but I will always give new things a try and I can follow recipes/directions from clients or their favourite baker. I have strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise multitask whilst working consistently even when under pressure. As a living carer I provide conversation, companionship, assisting with all and any daily tasks, creating and participating in hobbies and interests, shopping appointments, assisting with medication, prompting personal care and I am also very confident in peg care, stoma care, hoisting/moving and handling, using stand aids, wheelchairs and other aids. I'm fully vaccinated. Bank holidays, Xmas, boxing day and New Yrs is charged at time and a half. I am self-employed and my daily rate is currently £145.
