I have a genuine desire to care for others., Hearing impairment, Dementia, Autism and Special Needs. I have a compassionate nature and empathy for those I care for. I feel that when caring for a person I should strive to enhance their quality of life to the best of my ability and feel I am an advocate to have the individual heard and their needs met. It is my nature to be caring specially to put someone before me, this to me is the duty of care and responsibility just as I have always been when assisting patients, I treat them in the same respectful way I would like to be treated. I very much understand how to be treated with dignity feels sharing the same feeling of another person.
