I have 13+ years working within health and social care, experience within a variety of fields to include Dementia, Parkinsons, Mental Health and primarily Learning Disability. I am available to commence work ASAP and will endeavour to meet individual client needs to a very high standard whilst being respectful and upholding individuals identity and respectful of choices. I am an excellent Communicator when working directly with individuals and will identify appropriate communication levels. I am good company and individuals can feel at ease and are reassured I am there solely to support them whether it is meeting personal/medical/emotional and/or other care needs. I am productive and efficient and can multi task, prioritising task loads appropriately. I enjoy implementing activities from past times to current likes and dislikes and nothing is too much trouble.
