Hello, i have been involved in care work since 1992, before that i cared for my sister who had special needs. i was properly doing what most siblings would do and provide the care and loving she needed while mum and dad were working. then that were it all started. i was employed by numerous agency’s. from 2004 i was employed by pss/shared lives, 2 ladies were placed with me to live with me and my family for a short placement which ended up being 15 years. now for 3 years i have been employed as a live in carer. ...
