A little bit about myself I'm a 47 year old carer,I've been doing care since i was 17 I've worked with dementia,alzheimer's,people with cancer,stoma care,tpn,peg feed,catheter care, young vulnerable adults, elderly, disabilities, autism I've worked in care ,nursing, residential home's home care, and most recently live in care I started live in care January 2022 and have found that it's the best form of care More personal and you get to give a 110% of yourself I'm looking for a position where i can make a difference I'm kind and caring, efficient, empathic a good time keeper, I learn new skills easily work well on my own and in a team. I love cooking and cleaning and have a fine eye for detail Depending on the position my daily rate starts from 150 a day I'm happy to work for long or short periods ,flexible for the clients needs I have a dbs on the updated system I love reading, arts and crafts ,swimming, and been outdoors My children are all grown up and this is why i decided to start live in care I have numerous certificates for care I did some spiritual research and courses studied reiki ,7 year's ago which i feel helps me be more understanding and empathetic I'm genuinely a caring person and adapt to my clients needs and wants I love talking but also aware when people want/need some peace and quiet I'm happy for either employed or self-employed position I'm currently learning to drive and have a provisional licence only Hopefully to change soon I'm happy to travel, i use public transport at the moment and happy doing so I'm happy to answer any questions you may have ...
