I have previous experience as a carer for the elderly, the disabled and also as a teacher and support worker for children and adults with disabilities. I am a qualified primary school teacher with a range of experience. I am also a qualified yoga teacher, with experience and training in yoga for the elderly, the physically impaired and for mental health. I am currently abroad working as a yoga and English teacher.
