I'm an experienced Self employed Carer. I am working with elderly ladies with Alzheimer's, Stroke, Parkinson's with different stage of Dementia. As they are elderlies they have mobility issues, many type of equipments are in use to support & help their daily life. (wheelchair, commode chair, rotator,pusher, Sara steady, different type of hoist, profile bed, walking frame etc) I am there for them every aspects of help & support like shopping, loundry, cooking, companionship, medication administration, personal care, washing and dressing up, socialising, physio exercises, financial errands, arranging and attending appointments etc. Happily take care of their garden as well. I'm a 53 year old Dutch female with perfect spoken and written English, living in Edinburgh. I have been introduced to the role of carer because my partner of 12 years fell ill, forcing me to scale back my regular working hours and taking care of him.
