I’ve had multitude of experience working in several different jobs since the age of 15. I have also taken part in volenteer work since the age of 16 working with a disabled group called men-cap. I am good at working individually or part of a team, i can think fast on the spot which helps in emergency situations. Interacting with new people isn't too difficult for me because of the experiences. I have already had in the care setting, doing dementia, EMI, residential aswel as clinical care, which required me too be trained in; catheter care, ventilation, tracheostomy. I am a positive hard working. I have experience working in the NHS, different wards and have good communication skills. I am always willing to take on new learning experiences and the challenges it may have. I have also had experience working as a domestic cleaner in care homes and in the Community. ...

I am a compassionate and experienced carer and student nurse, currently on my final leadership placement, due to finish in September 2025. With over 15 years in health and social care, I began as a live-in carer and, since 2014, have gained wide experience across residential care, supported living, and mental health services. I have also worked in neurorehabilitation settings supporting people with dementia, PEG feed, and tracheostomy care, as well as in brain injury units and with individuals living with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. These roles have given me a strong foundation in person-centred care, safeguarding, and promoting independence, with dignity and respect always at the heart of my work. I value relational security, creating safe and supportive environments by building therapeutic relationships, maintaining clear boundaries, and working effectively with families and professionals.
