I became a carer starting in 2008, I was employed by my client through social services, I would help her from bed to wheelchair, shower, change stomer, medication and day to day chores and activities. Some days she just wanted the company and we would just talk for hours. Sadly after years of being with her she passed. I soon went back in to care and looked after a lovely lady that had brain damage and was in a care home. I would clean her, pamper her and just keep her company a few days a week. I also care for my elderly nan, who isn't mobile, I cook, clean do shopping and any other duties needed. I have recently been caring for a elderly gentleman with dementia. Unfortunately he has became alot worse so has now got a live in carer. I have a in date CRB certificate and public liability insurance and I can also provide references if need. ...
