I am a compassionate, respectful, reliable, caring, honest and trustworthy individual. I care a great deal about people’s feelings and wellbeing and have always been kind and considerate towards others. I have a large family whom I love dearly and a group of friends that are very dear to me. They are my support group and this gives me great comfort in living a life that is filled with love and care. I have taken care of my two children who are now into their 40’s and have one grandson whom I adore dearly as I helped raise him together with my daughter since he was a baby. I have looked after my elderly mother who recently passed away at the tender age of 94 when she was totally dependent on me in every aspect for support and personal care over the past two years. I regard myself as a strong and healthy individual with a zest for life. My hobbies include walking, driving to different sites and towns to explore and take lots of photos. ...

Hi there, I've been a carer for disabled adults since August 2018. I have definitely found my calling and love what I do. I'm looking for a new position after I move back to the North in a few weeks. I have experience in residential care setting home help and some live in care experience. I have worked and helped clients with various different diseases from Dementia and the different types of the Dementia's clients, with limited mobility issues to more severe mobility issues due to disease's such as MS. I have also worked and helped care for clients with challenging behaviours due to Psychological illness such as Depression and Anxiety disorder Obsessive Compulsive Disorder to people in respite care and palliative care. In the home setting I care for my Father when he was elderly he has substance abuse issues, and I done the caring for him. In that role I prompted medication done light house duty chores, Laundry duties, Prepared meals during meal time. Ran errands helping making shopping list and going shop buy food items. ...
