I believe I'm ideal for this role because I've worked with care industry for a while in many years and when I changed careers went into media I also gained experiences which could boost my carer career- I was successful in doing Team-Leader and later Managerial roles where I proved to be a born leader and a self-starter who can work independently leading large teams, I am an excellent worker blessed with brilliant people skills and can work under pressure. I lead by example because I am a hands on person and I am driven by success. I'm highly committed in everything I do. My life revolved around care for a long time. I had a parent with aging related disability, and I was responsible for her well-being until she passed. Caring comes naturally to me, as I did not struggle with the daily tasks associated with the caring process. I went ahead to business school and earned a Masters degree in Human Resource Management. However, my natural calling in Care, my passion and longing in care still lingers. This is my natural calling as I accidentally found out, and I hope to one day transition to a registered nurse. ...
