I am very flexible and easy to get along with, I'm also very hard working. Working as a support worker with young people with different emotional challenges due to their background, young people with ADHD has given me the opportunity to study Therapeutic Crisis intervention which is closer to mental health studies. The job developed my fascination on mental health studies and the interest begin to grow in acquiring more knowledge in mental health studies that will enable me to contribute my service to mankind. Have acquired different transferable skills in my line of duty that will equip me to cope on the job. Having studied events Management on my degree programme allows me to deal with people effortlessly without any constraints, the interpersonal skill acquired on training helped me to shine at work with the young people have worked with on daily basis and also my colleagues, having empathy for the young people have worked with to prepare them for greater future. ...
