I was looking after a 80 year old man Who recently passed away in December. I was assisting him with personal care , Giving him medication, assist him with personal care , assisting him with feeding, I cooked for him , ordering groceries, and did housekeeping, washing ironing and sometimes wash the windows. cleaned the fridge. and assisted him with toileting. If he looks not well I would call the GP .and ensure that I called the family . And report any abnormalities to his family. And did errands when necessary.
