Iv have had an amazing life, and have lots of stories to share. My last ten years I have been living a spiritual life in India, which actually spans back 28 years. Prior to India I lived in Mandala Yoga Ashram in Llansadwrn. So I have friends and connections in that part of Wales. I'm a young 50 no ties, and enjoy daily meditation which I do when I wake at 4.30 every day. Iv excellent references.
