I am compassionate, motivated, empathic, friendly, honest, trustworthy, dscrete, confidential and very good at buiding relationships. I feel that I have the skills and experience to make a difference in peoples live, although not having any formal carer experience, I have had personal experience with family members. I am sporty, healthy and very active, so would enjoy doing added activities with my employer such as outdoor activities, walking, meeting up with friends, planning and making meals, listening to music and which ever activities the client would mostly enjoy. ...

Having started working in care at 18, I have always has a heart for adding value in the care sector. Through my 9 years of care experience, I have worked with male and female clients with varying care complexities and needs such as cerebral palsy to dementia and physical impairments. I strive to work with the needs and desires of the client in a compliant and safe manner however I've found great joy in being able to form a level of companionship extending the normal care duties. I've found that care is about character and personality; allowing an environment which allows clients to feel they can freely express themselves about their care and themselves. I've found this make the job very rewarding and adds to the quality of care clients receive. I am very passionate about the impact which care can make which is why I am currently studying Health and Social Management because I want to broaden the impact which I can have on the lives on those that need and deserve quality care. ...
