I’ve worked in healthcare for around 27years now atm I’m currently looking after a very loving gentleman in his own home I’ve worked out in the community and been with a nursing home for 29years I’ve covered residential dementia mental health I love my job I think giving someone time is a big factor in our role I could never picture going any other job I’m often told i would make a great nurse but I prefer to be hands on with all the practical work I’ve always wanted to experience live in care work as I think it would be very rewarding I always give 100 percent care to whoever I look after I was unfortunate enough to loose both parents when I was young and i know if they were here today they would be treated like a queen and king my mum was a very careing warden for the elderly and all us girls me and my sisters followed in her wonderful footsteps…. ...

I have recently taken leave of my regular job as skipper for passenger boats in central London as I am researching a new business for my own boat which is currently cruising the inland waterways of England and Wales and is moored near Rugby. I have experience in caring for others with many differing mental and physical needs spanning many years as a care/support worker in youth, sheltered accommodation and my own son with his spinal injury a few years ago. I am reliable, punctual, caring, adventurous, love music and the arts, have a good sense of humour and believe that I could be the perfect companion for your sister and her needs if she'll have me. And due to my new business venture, now at early project stage, the flexibility of your needs and working with your sister would really suit. Oh, I also have a valid DBS if needed.
