I have been working as a live-in carer for eight and a half years. I did 8 years with Bluebird Care in Kensington before becoming self employed. I am reliable, caring and friendly. My skills include personal care, bathing, washing and drying hair, brushing teeth, moving and handling including use of a hoist and caterpillar stair lift, administering medication, record keeping, medical appointments, people skills and good communication including challenging behavior and dementia. I also looked after a boy with cerebral palsey. I am supportive to the family. House keeping skills include shopping, ironing, cleaning the house. I live in France and speak fluent French. My usual working pattern is 2 months on and 10 days off. I have a British passport and am legal to work in the UK. ...
