Hi. My name is Jackie and I am 59rs old. I have been in the care sector for approximately 20 years. I'm Laura, I've been working in the UK for the last 7 1/2 years. My first care position I lived with the couple for a year, My second lady I cared for sadly passed away but I was with her for three week, then I did a stand in for a week and I've been with my last clients for three weeks. I’ve been with this couple for almost two years now and my contract ended 24th October 2018. In 2019 through to June 2020 I did Domicilary Care which I enjoyed and I also worked in Care Homes. In June 2020 I went back into live in care. I’ ve been with a client who was recovering from a stroke. In July 2021 I went to a client who had MS and then in September she was diagnosed with Multiple Myloma, she was in a wheelchair and needed hoisting in and out of bed into her wheelchair, she passed away in June 2022. I’ve a client in Glasgow whom I return to every six weeks to fill in for the permanent. When I do live in Care I like do six weeks at a time and take one to two weeks and then return to the same client. Since June 2022 I’ve working for an agency in Edinburgh and work in one care home as a Health Care Assistant. I've completed 15 Modules with Helping Hands, Completed Altzheimer's course and Dementia with helping hands with certificates, I've also completed the online Dementia Course with SCIE, I've also completed fifteen modules with Constantia Care and have fifteen certificates. I’ve also completed NVQ Level 2 with Certificate and Health and Social Care Level 3 with Diploma also completed a Reflexology Diploma. I'm a loving, caring person and love people. I used to have my own Bed & Brekafast in Cape Town South Africa. I've a clean DBS report as well as National Insurance Number. Please feel free to contact me if you require further information.
