I'm Ray, a Brighton local with a passion for health and wellbeing. Having lived here for years, I'm attuned to the university scene and students' challenges. With degrees in sports studies/psychology and Business and Marketing, I've collaborated with organisations to champion health through sport and exercise. Recently, I explored home care but yearned for a role allowing for deeper connections rather than a rushed 45-minute appointment. Tech-savvy, I'm updated with digital tools, beneficial for academic support. Active by nature, I walk 8-10 kilometres daily with my Labradoodle, Louis, and enjoy sports like boxing and tennis.
