Dear Concern My name is Muhammad, and I’ve worked in aged care for almost 1 years. However, it’s not years that I measure that experience with, but people I came across and managed to help. You see, during my time I have met and assisted over 12 service users. All of them with a unique, rich story. I remember their names, their conditions, their struggles, and their joys.
