I have been a Care Assistant for the last 5 years whilst studying. Prior to commencing my studies, I worked as an Aircraft Designer for 13 years at Airbus UK. Hi I have worked with a wide range of patients with a variety of mental and physical abilities in my clinical practice as a healthcare student. My communication and empathy skills have been enhanced as a result of this experience. I have found these skills are of the utmost importance for reassuring the patients by telling them what will happen and ensuring that they are comfortable.
