I have attain NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care. This equipped myself with the knowledge, training and more understanding to provide patients with good quality care. While completing Level 3 Diploma i worked with Care advocates (PTY) Ltd, a company offering Supported living’ empowering and supporting service users to develop all the skills required to transition into leading positive roles within the community. Dementia and the confusion and anxiety this can bring with this condition Hoisting / moving and handling . Hoists and transfers and mobility issues Diabetes. Full intimate care Catheter care including suprapubic, penile and convene Palliative and end of life Multiple sclerosis Some Parkinson disease experience Dysphasia Couples and single I have worked in a Care Home run by a county council and have relevant training for this experience which has given me a good foundation and highly transferrable skills I've brought into the Live in care packages within people's homes .
