I am a trusted, efficient, organised, kind and strong young woman, with over thirteen years’ experience across multiple sectors - from wellness to marketing to house and pet sitting and ceremonial work. In 2020, I set up my own small company, VWellness, and over time with this work, I have now become a certified End of Life Doula. I also run community sound baths, sound therapy massage, 1:1 mindfulness coaching, women's circles, and support wellness events around the UK and beyond. VWellness was born out of a strong desire to support holistic wellness and personal development, helping people to create space and strength to push past fears and limiting beliefs in order to live a more authentic life.
