I am a registered nurse with 25 years experience in care homes, district nursing, acute hospital and home nursing. I am now considering a relaxed approach to my role with less travel and less pressure. I am passionate about care and nursing and believe in respecting people's values and individuality. I can also help with nursing needs when I look after individuals. I am available to start immediately as I have a bank role in a nursing home. I can preferably work 1 week on and off. Or a maximum of 2 weeks in a row then a week off unless the employer is able to allow me Thursday night off every other week and 24 hours off every other week from Thursday to Friday evening. ...

I don’t have professional experience with working with people in need but I have personal experience with my grandad with dementia taking him to the toilet eg, so I have experience in doing so. I don’t have a drivers license but I am revising for my theory and should have my license shortly.
