I am currently self employed and subcontracted by a local homecare company providing care and support for adults in their own homes. I have been employed in the care sector for over ten years and have lots of experience with various physical and mental conditions. I support clients with everyday tasks, including personal care, household tasks, cooking and meal preparation as well as accompanying clients to medical appointments, local events, shopping trips, and social activities. I keep up with my training and current policies and procedures relating to care. My two children have left home and I am now able to consider working away from home. One to one care greatly appeals to me as I appreciate the benefits of consistency, continuity and seamless care regimes, with a smaller support network. I hold a full UK driving licence. ...
