I’m Louise, I’m 52, my career has been based within the care industry for the last 18 years. I have 10 years experience in community settings, I have worked in 2 care homes , I have also worked 2 live in care positions (private) and did live in care with the company Bluebird. During this time, my youngest daughter resided with me and working away was too much for her so a change was required. Presently, I work in a Care Residency for the elderly (I have worked as both a laundry assistant and carer here). I feel that I need a new challenge, and think my strengths are best displayed when delivering carer on a 1:1 basis. I believe I have a lot to offer, I am knowledgable in my field but always open to learning new practices in order to expand on my own knowledge and be able to help guide others if needed. People describe my character as “bubbly” and I would like to believe I am easy to get along with. I can work well amongst a team and happy to get stuck in! ...
