I am a hard working naturally loving person with big heart. I have worked in the care industry for 14 years stating with Adults with Profound learning disabilities and behavioral issues. Through this I gained an understanding and knowledge of alternative ways with working with each individual person. Person-centered care was always at the forefront of our learning.
