I'm a jovial person who is always willing to help. With being a mother of two has help me to not only know how to multi-task but also how to organise. Y day to day life. Being compassionate and understanding goes hand in hand to ensure that both my kids emotional needs are met. I do understand that working with vulnerable individuals involves being patient and caring but also empathetic whilst treating them with both dignity and respect. I've done care work for over 11 years and eventhough I have gained vast majority or skills and experience. I still belive that with the changes of policies and procedures there are always room for improvement. ...
