I have been working in the care sector for 20 years. My previous job was a private live-in companion/carer position with a 96 year old (very active) lady. I shared the care days, 4 days on 3 days off with her son. This was most special and rewarding. This worked on this rota because we lived in the same market town. Should I secure a position further afield, I would hope to suggest a 2week on 2week off schedule, but would be open to other suggestions. ...
