Experienced Carer and PA with 4 years experience My name is Grace Barone and I have been a carer for the past 4 years from 2019-2022. I have worked for 6 clients in total and for the last 3.5 years was a private carer to a client until his death in June 22. I received my training with a prestigious care company Consultus Care. I am competent in in hoisting and moving, palliative/end of life care, dementia, alzheimers and personal care, hospitals, all of which I have undertaking in the past 4 years. I am hard working person, honest , reliable, trust worthy, patient, compitent I can work under pressure. And also compitense. I have an experience in working as a live in carer ( 2 years) . I was looking after a 80 year old man Who recently passed away in December. I was assisting him with personal care , Giving him medication, assist him with personal care , assisting him with feeding, I cooked for him , ordering groceries, and did housekeeping, washing ironing and sometimes wash the windows. cleaned the fridge. and assisted him with toileting. If he looks not well I would call the GP .and ensure that I called the family . And report any abnormalities to his family. And did errands when necessary. Also give him his posts or sometimes he will asked me to read it for him . ...
