I'm a compassionate and patient mature gentleman who simply enjoy working in care as a duty. I have two years experience in both live-in and social care with experience also from various front line duties in Security and Concierge, Customer Services duties in busy British railways Stations, and enforcement operations where I developed excellent interpersonal communication, report writing, timekeeping and conflict resolution skills. Furthermore, as a former patient who needed full personal care support, I understand live-in care requirements from Customer's view point too thus adding to my empathy, calmness and tolerance skills. As a friendly person who volunteered to befriend elderly people with a charity called ALONE Ireland, being a companion and a helping hand is no issue for me. My passion is to provide excellent care to vulnerable people especially adults, I have experience of over 10years, I am very patient and tolerate, during my work hours I always make sure that the client is comfortable and presentable, I am capable of working alongside physiotherapist, occupational therapist, GP etc, my communication skills are great, I am very confident with what I do, I am also willing to do more trainings as every individual is different, I have done complex care in the past so I am aware of things like peg feed, storma bags, use of suctioning machines etc, safety of vulnerable people is guaranteed once I am employed. ...
