Helping people both in my personal and professional life has always been my priority and More so gives me motivation and a certain level of satisfaction whenever I make a positive impact on someone’s life and put a smile on their faces. Also, having worked in the customer service department for several years, I have gained skills that are extremely important when dealing with different types of people ,for example active listening, effective communication, patience, respect, empathy, conflict resolution and problem solving among others. I have also gone through the basic information of care standard courses and even though I do not hold a certificate I have basic knowledge of it. I am also ready to learn more to perfect my knowledge to enhance productivity. Finally, being a mother of three children I know that I would be able to take care of anyone else who needs my care and support to boost and improve their well being. ...

I have worked in social care since January 2016 and has worked with a large variety of clients since. I particularly enjoy working with people living with dementia and have always been able to adapt to change. I believe creating a bond and gaining the trust of the client is key to delivering quality care. In my spare time I enjoy reading interesting books, sometimes at home or at public libraries around more people as I like to socialize rather than to stay on my own. I like to meet with friends for a drink or walking together at a park. I am very active person and love doing different sports – volleyball, running, swimming and dancing.
