I am a dedicated, compassionate, and hardworking final-year BSc Adult Nursing student. I have over 17 years of experience as a Healthcare Assistant in hospital and care home settings. I am naturally empathetic, approachable, and a strong team player who builds positive relationships with patients and colleagues. My journey from Healthcare Assistant to soon-to-be Registered Nurse has been shaped by a genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives, particularly in promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life. Regarding the position I am looking for is for 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, as I have 2 children whom I share custody with their dad. I do not drive but still learning in an automatic car. I am also working on and off as and when as a private nanny whenever there is a job as part from being Health Care Assistat/Carer, I have experience with childcare as well since 2005. I am very honest and hard working person, who works very well on my own initiative or in a team. I also pay attention to details and carryout my job effectively and efficiently .in August 2020. I completed my BSC degree in Health promotion and public health at University of West London. I have gained past experience in my 10 years of working in hospitals, hospital pharmacy, residential homes and mental hospitals, with all the different client groups. Over the years I have gained my NVQ level 2 and 3 in health and social care, and NVQ level 2 and 3 in laboratory Technicians, and have undertaken several relevant training courses. Also I am a qualified phlebotomist, trained in UCLH(University College London Hospital). I will be a great asset to any organization as I have a lot to contribute through my role and responsibilities. I have been doing care work since 2014, and I found it rewarding to support people in their own homes. I enjoy giving them dignity, comfort, and companionship. I have a lot of patience and always treat people with respect. Being a Live- in carer allows me to build trust with the client and give them the full support they need. I have experience with complex care such as catheter care, Stoma bags, PEG feeding, and using all types of moving and handling equipment.
