Hello, My name is Daniel Dluzak, and I am originally from Poland. I am a physiotherapist by training, as well as a specialist in complex therapy and care, with over eight years' experience working in the broad field of rehabilitation and care. I provide comprehensive support to children and adults. I currently work with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, psychologists, speech and language therapists, and occupational therapists, to provide individuals in Poland with the best professional support and comprehensive care. In the past, I have also worked in Greece, Dubai, and the UK. I began my career in a day rehabilitation centre for people with disabilities and in hospitals, where I supported patients with various cancers, strokes and chronic fatigue. My responsibilities included assisting clients with personal hygiene, rehabilitation, meal preparation, shopping, driving, hospital appointments and travel arrangements. I hold a valid driving licence. In 2022, I returned to Poland, where I currently reside. The Home Office has extended my pre-settled status, allowing me to legally work in the UK until September 2029.
