I'm a qualified carer as well, having a total experience of 6 months full-time experience, I have worked briefly as a police officer when younger, I felt this role was not entirely to be liking, so I went into English teaching, qualifying as a teacher to foreign learners of English. I lost my teaching job due to the Covid situation, so It was time for a change, and I had to explore other careers available to me at the time, evaluating my skill set as well. I only wanted a people orientated role which would be more fulfilling and offer flexibility, so I decided on a caring career, firstly with Bluebird care and then onto Helping Hands.
