Responsibilities Personal care, manual handling ,medication, dementia and alzheimer's care. Ensuring safe Enviroment for people in work area , making sure I promote Independence and social welfare. In that I need providing the medical care but the social care is well ensuring a social life with friends families whether it be spiritual or cultural gatherings. Accomplishments Being able to being there when somebody has recovered from a medical or mental illness knowing that they can now have a full life within the community and people around them having being able to achieve that means a lot to me cause I know that it particular person can now have confidence in themselves and in living the life if they want to live .
