This would be my first Personal Care Assistant position, but I bring relevant experience. For three years I delivered an NHS service supporting people with nicotine dependence, including clients in mental health and substance misuse settings. Many of these clients had their own support workers, and I worked alongside them to plan and coordinate support that helped each person make lasting progress.
I understand this is a big responsibility, and I take it seriously. I am reliable, patient and respectful, and I am committed to helping the person I support live their life to the fullest.
