I have always been passionate about helping others and knew from a young age that I wanted to work in the health sector. After leaving school, I built a career in retail, where I discovered how much I enjoy meeting people, building relationships and helping customers feel confident, whether that was finding the right product or solving a problem.
Over the years, my customer service experience has strengthened my communication, empathy and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Alongside this, I am currently studying Health and Social Care and working towards my goal of becoming a registered nurse. A live-in care role would allow me to continue supporting others in a meaningful way while gaining valuable experience in person-centred care.
