Personal Statement – Live-in Carer
I am a caring and reliable support worker and care assistant with experience working in a nursing home environment. I have provided person-centred care to vulnerable adults, assisting with personal care, mobility, meals, and emotional support while maintaining dignity and respect at all times.
Through my experience, I have developed strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. I am confident working both independently and as part of a team, and I always follow care plans carefully to meet individual needs.
I am now looking to progress into live-in care as I am passionate about providing one-to-one support and building trusting relationships with clients in their own homes. I am committed to delivering high-quality care and making a positive difference in people’s lives.
