With 15 years care experience, including live-in care, personal assistant and Day Services, which introduced me to a wide spectrum of care requirements and an array of diverse clients, Prior to that I spent 12 years in the airforce and left with the the rank of Sgt. I also spent a few years as a dentistry nurse working in implantology and dental surgery. I am both gentle and confident, practical and compassionate, good-humoured and competent. I have an optimistic outlook and enjoy good nutrition, meditation and outdoor activities. I’m an excellent cook and although a life-long vegetarian I would be willing to prepare meat based dishes if required. I enjoy interesting conversation while sensitive to the importance of space and quiet. I run for up to 2 hours each day so this time would be something I would require as part of our agreement. I’m a semi professional artist and an avid reader and also enjoy podcasts on health, spirituality ( non religious) neuroscience, quantum mechanics, evolutionary psychology and exploring consciousness. I don’t follow the news or watch television but I’m happy to be companionable to a client who wishes to do so. Although athletic, I have a small build and would therefore require that all appropriate equipment be in place for the safety of myself and the person I support. My ideal rota would be 2 -3 weeks on and 2-3 weeks off.
