Immediate start. With 15 years care experience, including live-in care, personal assistant and Day Services, which introduced me to a wide spectrum of care requirements and an array of diverse clients, I am both gentle and confident, practical and compassionate, good-humoured and competent. I have an optimistic outlook and enjoy good nutrition and outdoor activities. I’m an excellent cook and a great conversationalist while sensitive to the importance of space and quiet. I run for up to 2 hours each day so this time would be something I would require as part of our agreement. I’m a semi professional artist and an avid reader and also enjoy podcasts on health, spirituality ( non religious) neuroscience, quantum mechanics and evolutionary psychology. I don’t follow the news or watch television but I’m happy to be companionable to a client who wishes to do so. Although athletic, I have a small build and would therefore be best suited to a client who is mobile.
