Over the years, I have gained valuable hands-on experience supporting individuals with a variety of needs, including those in the early stages of dementia and Alzheimer’s. Outside of caregiving, I lead an active and outdoorsy lifestyle and enjoy encouraging independence, mobility and wellbeing. I am organised and attentive. My goal is always to provide not only practical support, but also genuine companionship and emotional reassurance.
