I am 27 years old, I have worked as a healthcare assistant for one year at UCLH on a gastrointestinal ward, this was caring for multiple patients at a time, but also some 1:1 work. For a little over two years now I have been working in the substance misuse sector.
In both jobs I have loved getting know clients in a human way and creating a connection with people I would not have otherwise.
