During the years I have worked as a Nurse, I have gained extensive knowledge and experience in working with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and social classes. My academic qualifications coupled with my work experience have enabled me to acquire IT skills, supervising and delegating work to junior staff and sharing the workload with my colleagues. I have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. A highly motivated and well organised person with 21years experience in nursing, pride in appearance and a warm personality. I can plan, implement and prioritise my work and above all, work in collaboration and co-operation with other multi-disciplines/people which enables me to achieve quality and excellent results for my clients. Also, my wide experience as an Agency Nurse requires much confidence, attention to detail which I believe I possess and use to my advantage to deliver excellent and quality care to my clients. I'am looking for Live In Carer positions as a Self Employed and rates ranging from £1200-1300/per week plus mileage costs and foods expenses £50.00/week, a fixed rate of £14.00 wake-up call (if client wakes up during the night) maximum claim 2 wake up calls per night.
